Layout zones to define before quotation
Raw water and treatment
Reserve space for filtration, RO or purification, storage tanks, CIP where needed, drainage and maintenance access.
Filling and packing flow
Plan bottle or can infeed, rinsing, filling, capping, inspection, labeling, coding, packing and finished goods movement.
Utilities and access
Confirm voltage, frequency, compressed air, water pressure, steam or hot water needs, floor load, door size and installation path.

Buyer FAQ
Do I need a factory drawing before quotation?
A simple floor sketch with dimensions is enough for early discussion. A detailed layout can follow after equipment scope is confirmed.
What if my factory space is small?
The line can often be planned with compact conveyors and manual packing, but capacity expectations must match the available space.
Why does utility planning affect cost?
Utility requirements influence pumps, compressors, treatment modules, control cabinets, installation work and commissioning time.
Convert the building drawing into engineering limits
A layout should show more than machine rectangles. Mark product flow, raw-material receiving, packaging storage, finished-goods dispatch, personnel routes, hygiene transitions, maintenance removal space, floor drains, cable routes and utility connection points. Record every column, door, ceiling restriction and future expansion area before the supplier freezes conveyor routing.
Hygiene zoning
Separate raw ingredients, process preparation, open-product filling, packing and warehouse traffic. Define who and what may cross each boundary.
Battery limits
Identify the exact connection point, pressure, temperature, quality and peak demand for water, power, air, steam, cooling and drainage.
Maintenance access
Reserve space for doors, guards, filter replacement, motors, pumps, moulds, cap elevators, change parts and safe equipment removal.
