Turnkey Bottling Line Equipment List
A complete bottling line quotation should list upstream, filling, downstream and support equipment clearly.

Typical Equipment List
Use this list as a discussion tool, not as a fixed package for every project.
| Line section | Possible equipment |
|---|---|
| Upstream | Water treatment, preparation tanks, filters, mixing or sterilization |
| Container supply | PET bottle blowing, bottle washer, can depalletizer or bottle loading |
| Filling block | Rinsing, filling, capping or seaming equipment |
| Downstream | Labeling, date coding, inspection, shrink wrapping, carton packing |
| Support | Conveyors, spare parts, utilities, installation and commissioning communication |
Decision Points
Use these points to clarify scope before comparing suppliers.
- Remove modules you already have before comparing quotes
- Ask whether conveyors and spare parts are included
- Check if packing speed matches filling speed
- Confirm who is responsible for installation tools and local utilities

Turn the equipment list into an interface register
Engineering basis
For each module, record inlet condition, outlet condition, nominal and operating capacity, utilities, control signals, cleaning boundary, change parts, included conveyors and the responsible party. This reveals gaps between water treatment, processing, filling, labeling, packing and warehouse handling.
Quotation and handover
Use separate columns for included, optional, buyer supplied and future. Add drawings, manuals, spares, test materials, FAT, installation, training and software backups so the list covers project evidence as well as stainless-steel equipment.
Keep assumptions visible
Final equipment depends on confirmed product, package, saleable output, utilities, factory conditions, destination requirements and acceptance responsibilities. Unconfirmed items should remain documented assumptions or separately priced options.
