Implementation detail

Freeze export interfaces before machinery is packed

Engineering basis

An export-ready project needs an approved equipment list, battery limits, layout, packing list, container plan, lifting points, customs documents, destination voltage, manuals language and site-readiness checklist. Each responsibility should have an owner and due date before shipment release.

Quotation and handover

Record which items ship with each machine, which crates contain change parts and spares, and which documents identify serial numbers and electrical panels. The commissioning plan should also state local labor, tools, utilities, test materials, visas or access, training and final acceptance evidence.

Keep assumptions visible

Final equipment depends on confirmed product, package, saleable output, utilities, factory conditions, destination requirements and acceptance responsibilities. Unconfirmed items should remain documented assumptions or separately priced options.
