Start with the real returned-bottle condition
Engineering basis
A 5 gallon project needs representative returned bottles showing cap remnants, labels, odor, scratches, dents, foreign material and the normal distribution condition. Use that survey to define external washing, leak inspection, internal cleaning, rejection and manual review instead of assuming all bottles arrive ready for a simple rinse.
Quotation and handover
The layout should include empty-bottle receiving, dirty and clean zones, cap supply, filling, bagging or sleeving, finished-bottle storage and return logistics. State bottle volumes, neck and cap, delivery racks, hourly demand, water quality and sanitation responsibilities before quotation.
Keep assumptions visible
