Implementation detail

Translate water demand into a complete production duty

Engineering basis

A bottled-water layout should separate product water, bottle rinsing, CIP, sanitation and utility water. Size treatment from raw-water recovery, peak simultaneous demand and operating hours, then verify where treated water is stored and how it reaches the filler. The bottle-supply decision also changes the building: purchased bottles need protected storage and an unscrambler, while in-house blowing needs preform storage, high-pressure air, cooling and safe mold access.

Quotation and handover

Before quotation, freeze the launch bottle and cap drawings, saleable output, pack format, local water report and factory dimensions. Keep future formats visible as options so the first line is not oversized around unconfirmed sales.

Keep assumptions visible

Final equipment depends on confirmed product, package, saleable output, utilities, factory conditions, destination requirements and acceptance responsibilities. Unconfirmed items should remain documented assumptions or separately priced options.
