从中国采购整线时还要核对哪些出口细节

除设备清单外,应在合同和技术附件中明确贸易条款、包装方式、集装箱计划、装箱清单、序列号、电气标准、目的国进口文件、图纸与说明书语言。安装人员、当地技工、签证、差旅、吊装工具和测试物料分别由谁负责,也应在发货前确定。

建议把工厂验收测试与现场验收分开:FAT核对设备、格式件、控制逻辑、运行和文件;现场验收再确认当地能源、安装质量、真实产品、操作培训与可销售产量。所有遗留事项都应记录负责人和关闭时间。

Beverage Process P&ID and Instrumentation List

The process flow diagram explains the route; the P&ID defines the functional detail needed to design, build, control, clean, operate and maintain it. A useful beverage P&ID connects tagged equipment, piping, valves, instruments, utilities, drains, sample points, CIP circuits and control intent under disciplined revision control.

The drawing is only one part of the data set. Equipment, line, valve, instrument, motor and I/O lists should use the same tags and status. Supplier package drawings need clear battery limits so owner, process skid, filler, utilities, building and automation teams can reconcile every interface.
