建议把工厂验收测试与现场验收分开:FAT核对设备、格式件、控制逻辑、运行和文件;现场验收再确认当地能源、安装质量、真实产品、操作培训与可销售产量。所有遗留事项都应记录负责人和关闭时间。

Hygienic Sampling Point Design for Beverage Plants
A sample is only useful when the point and method represent the process condition being judged. Poorly placed valves, stagnant branches, uncleanable fittings, unsafe access or uncontrolled flushing can create misleading results and may themselves become contamination or operator-safety risks.
The P&ID and sampling matrix should identify every required sample, its purpose, process state, pressure, temperature, hygienic class, valve arrangement, drain route, flush volume, container and operator method. Design responsibility should be aligned among process engineering, quality, laboratory, piping and automation teams.
